When It’s Easier to Just Buy a Roller
DIY is great when:
-
You already have the oils on hand
-
You enjoy blending and experimenting
-
You’re making simple, everyday blends
But some of the most effective rollers use:
-
More exotic or medicinal essential oils
-
Carefully balanced blends that take a lot of trial and error
-
Preservative systems or bases designed for professional use
For those, it can genuinely be easier (and often cheaper overall) to buy a ready-made roller rather than collecting a whole drawer of specialist oils.
